Motel Policies

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  •  If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to send an email stating your request to cancel. We will not accept cancellations over the phone. If you book through an online booking site, you must cancel through them. You must do this at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive a 90% refund, 10% is kept for online booking processing fees. Any reservation or No Shows will be charge 100% of one night's stay and no refund will be issued. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing refunds. 

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

  • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. At check-in, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay including taxes.
  • Checkout time is no later than 11:00 a.m. unless a later checkout time has been pre-approved. Late checkouts without pre-approval will be charged a full night’s stay.

PETS

  • We have a NO PETS policy. Allowing pets into your room will result in a $150 fee. 

SMOKING

  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smokers must stand 25 feet from building. Smoking in or near motel will result in a $250 fee. 

Please be aware that room type (cabin,upstairs,downstairs) is not guaranteed. Office staff must be able to move rooms to accommodate all guests (disabled, elderly) and also to allow extensions to current reservations. If you have special requests please contact us so we can accommodate you if possible.
